Homeowners Planning of Home Improvement Projects This Fall
The survey conducted by the Zillow Digs Fall Home Improvement Trend and Spending Survey has shown that 52% of homeowners are planning take on some home improvement projects or addition this fall. Majority of them want to focus on improving their home office or the playroom.
According to Cynthia Nowak, Zillow Digs trend expert, fall is the perfect transition time from outdoor to indoor activities which is resonating in home improvement projects and trends.
The Zillow survey also shows that homeowners are planning to spend an average of $1000 for home improvement this fall.
