• Monthly, check your water softener and HVAV filters, clean the kitchen sink disposal, flush toilets in guest bathrooms, and check/test the fire extinguisher.
• Quarterly, test smoke/carbon dioxide detectors, clean washer, dryer, baseboards, trim, panel doors and ceiling fans, and test garage door auto reverse feature.
