Start cleaning your room by vacuuming the carpet. The carpet can accumulate dusts and you could breathe such element each time you sleep. The powerful a vacuum cleaner is, the better it is in cleaning the room. Set it according to the type of carpet you have and it will just take you not more than 7 to 8 minutes to finish cleaning.
When you’re done vacuuming the carpet, you need to clean the bed. Check the sheets and make sure to change them regularly. Dong this at least once a week is preferable. Lift the mattresses and clean underneath. This task will only take you four minutes.
