According to Hellertown Zoning Officer, Kris Russo, property owners whose homes are not in compliance with borough property maintenance codes should expect letters in their mails anytime soon.
“We need to keep putting pressure” on the owner, until the issues involving property maintenance are resolved, Council President Phil Weber agreed.
More specifically, notices are being sent out to a few homeowners whose properties are not adequately maintained. Russo had spotted a few homes within the area that are in pretty bad shape.
